The general management and administration of land and buildings in the subdivision in particular the common property. Our administration staff efficiently handles queries, issuing notices, work orders, minutes and building correspondence.

Financial Management
We make sure your Owners Corporation operates correctly and that you understand the financial services process, which includes compliance records, organising routine payments, budgets, levies, debt collecting, BAS statements, and financial statements that you understand.

Insurance
Building Insurance is a legal requirement, and you must be covered. We take care of every single insurance need, which unlike other management companies, is included in your management fee at no additional cost. This includes quotations, valuations, lodgements of claims and insurance renewals.

Meetings
We also cover every aspect including the management of Annual General Meetings, Committee and Special General Meetings which includes, issuing of notices, chairing the meetings, minute taking, reporting on all financials, and distributing of minutes within 72 hours.

Building Defects
Our team is fully qualified and experienced with managing common property structural building defects. We deal closely with engineers, project managers, lawyers, and local councils.

Legislation
We are also experienced and skilled in assisting committees and owners in relation to the Owners Corporation Act and related acts and laws.
